Park City Perspective

The many windows and changing frames of SoundView allow each resident a remarkably unique and dynamic perspective. This concept is all about the changing lenses and landscapes of each apartment’s external scenery, while establishing a metaphor for the possibility of subjective improvements to lifestyle and vibe.

From naming and logo design, to brand identity and visual storytelling, we shaped the marketing and raised the bar for downtown living in Bridgeport. From Metro North posters to I-95 billboards, digital campaigns, and local activations, authentic social content, community sponsorships, and curated resident events, Soundview quickly became more than an address, it was transformed into a destination. The result: over 90% lease-up within the first year.
